Fairly clean property just next door to local restaurants and attractions as well as the Florence downtown. Warm welcome from owner. Favourable setting near the shopping areas.

The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. We loved that it had a kitchen where we could make meals when we didn't want to eat out. the location was great, just a short walk to all the attractions. Another advantage was the helpful staff, who gave us a map of the city and recommended the best places to eat.

There was nothing in particular that we disliked, but it would have been nice to have some basic packaged food for breakfast readily available. Other than that, our stay was perfect and everything we needed was provided.

It was a fine stay at Florence. All the facilities where clean, and if you need there's public parking nearby.

Stunning location, SUPERFRIENDLY staff, separate bedrooms. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Setting right by the shopping areas. And it is minute walk from restaurants. All is perfect; I would recomand.

La localisation de cet hôtel était excellente. À seulement 5 minutes à pied de plusieurs stations de métro et du RER, c'était très pratique pour se déplacer dans cette ville. De plus, il y avait un supermarché et des restaurants à proximité, ce qui était très pratique. Nous avons également apprécié le fait que la chambre était calme, nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit perturbant. Dans la douche, nous avions de l'eau chaude, ce qui était très agréable. Enfin, le personnel de l'hôtel était serviable et attentionné, cela a contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

I stayed at Il Valentino for a week-long vacation with my friend and we had a fantastic experience. The AC in every room was a lifesaver considering the heat. Max, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The spaciousness of the hotel, along with the multiple bathrooms and well-sized kitchen, made our stay very comfortable. The beds were also incredibly comfortable to sleep on. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location close to the city center, supermarket, and Accademia Gallery. The rooms are peaceful and lovely, allowing for a good night's sleep. A nearby eatery, Fastsud, is just a short walk away, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat after a long day of exploring. 🍽️

We had a fantastic stay at Il Valentino Luxury Houses in Florence. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The courtyard garden was a lovely bonus. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo. The owners, Max and Simon, were cute and helpful, making us feel at home. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Florence!

The apartment provided plenty of space for all of us, allowing us to spread out and relax after a long day of exploring Florence. The location was ideal, within walking distance to popular attractions like the Accademia and Piazza della Signoria. It was also convenient for our parents, as the bus stop right outside the apartment took them directly to key places in the city. The kitchen was compact but functional, and having a washing machine was a bonus during our travels. Max, the host, was fantastic and accommodated all our needs, from arranging taxis to offering great recommendations. The price was also very reasonable for such comfortable accommodation in a bustling tourist city. Highly recommended!

For families with children, it would be great to have more signage or information about bidets in the bathrooms. It took us a while to figure out that running water through the bidets daily helps prevent sewer smells.

the location was excellent, just a short walk to the renowned Gallery of the Academy and close to the bustling shopping areas. the apartment itself was spacious and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. the service provided by the host was exceptional , always available and full of attentions. there was a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any last, minute needs.

There was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the bed sheets upon arrival. Fortunately, the host promptly resolved the issue by providing fresh sheets.
